Climbing “Rocks”

Meanwhile we have arrived at our next destination in Slovenia. Bled has a beautiful lake, with an island in the middle of the lake which is home to the Church of the Assumption (dating back to the 17th century, I have been told). We climbed up a beautiful viewpoint (Osojnica, 611m) and Bled Castle to have the best views of the lake and the surrounding mountains which nicely reflect in the lake. I found out that I am a big climber, much faster than my mom – hehehe.

After two days of climbing, I wanted to rest – much to the disappointment of my mom who planned another hike. But I reminded her that she needed to do some laundry and write the blog for me, so she finally gave in to do her duties, and I am lazily laying in the sun!
