So much happened since we left Starnberg. We had a long drive to Camp Soča in Slovenia. We arrived in the dark since my mum and Aunt Laura lost the way (well, they don’t have reliable sniffers like me, so I can forgive them). We finally made it and managed to safely settle in our Camper. Since then, we had fantastic hikes!! The first one was along the Soča River where I could swim in ice cold water (7 degrees – brrrrr, only for the tough dogs!). The second one was to the gorgeous Sunikov waterfalls with stunning views. I was hopping around like crazy, keeping my mom and Aunt Laura together so that they do not loose their way again! On the way back, we ended up in a beautiful restaurant called “Pristava Lepena” with fantastic food (the trouts are the best!!). They even had a doggy menu from which I chose some lamb! The restaurant also hosts an alpaca with whom I made friends – they are really funny and have beautiful eyes. Our third walk was again along the Soča River, this time in another direction. The Soča gorges are extremely steep, and the way became too dangerous for me to continue so we had to turn around. But that wasn’t too bad – we were rewarded with further gorgeous views of the Soča River and its stunning colors.

That really looks fantastic. Would be nice to know the communication between the Lama and Geeny 🙂
It is an alpaca, and not a lama. It’s a lady (like Geeny), and her name is Lala! She is very sweet 😍
