Geeny on the Rocks

After a well-deserved resting day, my mom mercilessly insisted on another hike. Since my tummy was a bit aching in the morning, I was not really up for it, but this time I gave in, and it was good so. We hiked to Vintgar Gorge which is located at the edge of the Triglav National Park. The Radovna River, which carved the Vintgar Gorge, has beautiful colors, even at an overcast day. The gorge terminates in Šum Falls, which is supposed to be the largest river waterfall in Slovenia (but I liked the picturesque Sunikov waterfall in the Soča valley much more!). Anyhow, I perfectly mastered the rocks of the gorge! I am a proud hiker and even forgot my tummy ache from the morning! As a reward for my excellent hiking skills, I could jump into the beautiful Lake Bled at my favorite spot to take a bath and play with my holy ball!
